Zero Tolerance for CSAE

Family Folio Safe has a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) material and behavior. We are committed to protecting children from all forms of sexual abuse, exploitation, and grooming, whether online or offline.

1. Identification and Removal of CSAE Content

We employ industry-leading technology and manual review processes to:

• Identify and remove any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) within 24 hours of discovery
• Use PhotoDNA and similar hash-matching technologies to detect known CSAM
• Conduct AI-assisted reviews to identify potentially exploitative content
• Maintain a database of flagged content hashes for rapid detection

2. Reporting to Law Enforcement

All suspected CSAE content is immediately reported to:

• National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC): Via CyberTipline.org
• FBI: Through tips.fbi.gov or local field offices
• Local Law Enforcement: Appropriate jurisdiction authorities
• International Authorities: Through INTERPOL and country-specific agencies as needed

We provide full cooperation to law enforcement investigations and maintain detailed records of all reports.

3. Account Suspension and User Bans

Users engaged in CSAE activity will:

• Have their account immediately suspended without notice
• Be permanently banned from the platform
• Have all their data preserved for law enforcement
• Be reported to NCMEC and law enforcement agencies

4. Grooming and Predatory Behavior Prevention

We actively monitor for and prevent grooming behaviors:

• Restrict direct messaging to prevent contact between adults and minors
• Monitor for communication patterns indicative of grooming
• Use behavioral analysis to identify suspicious account activity
• Implement age-appropriate protections for minor users

5. Data Retention for Law Enforcement

To support law enforcement investigations:

• IP addresses and metadata are retained for suspected CSAE accounts
• Account activity logs are preserved for investigation purposes
• We maintain records according to legal requirements and law enforcement requests
• All evidence is handled according to chain-of-custody standards

6. Staff Training and Awareness

Our team receives regular training on:

• Recognition of CSAM and CSAE indicators
• Proper reporting procedures and documentation
• Legal obligations and mandatory reporting requirements
• Trauma-informed handling of sensitive cases
• Recent trends in child exploitation tactics

7. Third-Party Vendor Vetting

All service providers must:

• Maintain CSAE prevention standards equivalent to ours
• Report any suspected CSAE to us and law enforcement
• Allow regular audits of their safety practices
• Comply with all applicable child protection laws

We provide resources to help families stay safe:

• Information about recognizing grooming behavior
• Guidelines for healthy online family interactions
• Resources from child safety organizations
• Clear reporting mechanisms for suspicious activity
