Reporting Child Safety Concerns
Family Folio Safe allows users to report child safety concerns in-app. We take all reports seriously and handle them with the highest priority.
In-App Reporting
You can report suspicious content or behavior directly through the app using the report button. All reports are reviewed immediately and escalated to law enforcement when necessary.
Your Rights
You have the right to report concerns without fear of retaliation. All reports are confidential and will be handled according to applicable laws.
Reporting Requirements
We comply with mandatory reporting requirements in all jurisdictions. If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse material or exploitation, we are required to report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement.

How is my family data protected?
Your family photos and memories are encrypted both in transit and at rest. Only you and invited family members have access to your data. We never sell or share your information with third parties.
How do I invite family members?
From the Family section, click "Add Family Member" and enter their email address. They'll receive an invite to join your family's scrapbook. You can manage permissions and roles for each member.
Can I download my memories?
Yes, you can export your photos and scrapbooks as PDFs. You maintain full ownership of your memories and can download them at any time.
What happens to my account after I pass?
You can set up a Legacy Plan to designate a trusted person to receive access to your family's memories. Visit the Legacy section to learn more and set up your plan.
